Brazilian financial technology firm Captalys has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) on the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo, it said in a securities filing on Monday.
Captalys did not say how much it could earn in the planned primary and secondary offerings, but local business newspaper Valor Econômico reported in June that the company could move anywhere between BRL750 million ($143 million) and BRL1 billion.
