The Barranquilla city government borrowed $100 million from Deutsche Bank to finance infrastructure projects in an ongoing development program, the city legal adviser said in a press release on Tuesday.
The program, called "Soy Barranquilla," runs from from 2020 to 2023 and involves investments in healthcare, education, public safety, housing and water supply services among other projects
US law firm Clifford Chance advised Barranquilla in New York, it said in the release, while Mendoza Abogados
