Brazilian meatpacker JBS is diversifying its food business with a $315 million acquisition in aquaculture, CEO Gilberto Tomazoni told LatinFinance on Friday. JBS, which describes itself at the world's second largest food company, has agreed to acquire Huon, a large aquaculture and food processing enterprise in Australia.
