Mexican cement company Cemex will use cash flow to finance a $30 million project to increase by 30% the production capacity of its plant in Rockfort, Jamaica, a source told LatinFinance on Friday. “The company will use its cash flow, which is part of the company's bolt-on investments strategy,” to fund the project, the source said.
