Vibra seals ethanol JV with Copersucar

Brazilian fuel distribution company Vibra, formerly known as BR Distribuidora, has formed a joint venture with local sugar and ethanol producer Copersucar and set up a real estate fund with investment firm Prisma Capital to manage its property portfolio, according to securities filings.  The venture with Copersucar will be an ethanol trading company called Empresa Comercializadora de Etanol (ECE) and supply Vibra's filling stations across the country.
