Fleury joins the fray for Alliar

Brazil's Grupo Fleury said Monday that it has started "preliminary studies" to evaluate "a potential transaction" for local medical services company Grupo Alliar, adding its name to a list of suitors that already includes Rede D'Or and investor Nelson Tanure.
