Brazilian software company Sinqia could raise as much as BRL544 million ($105 million) in an upcoming share sale, based on current prices, according to a securities filing.
São Paulo-based Sinqia plans to issue at least 11.6 million shares, which would be worth BRL272 million at current prices, but it could double the size of the deal to meet demand, it said in a filing on Thursday.
