GNB Sudameris sets up three-part bond sale

Colombia's Banco GNB Sudameris plans to raise COP500 billion ($129 million) in a local bond sale to raise funds for working capital, according to a report by local credit rating agency Value and Risk Rating. In the three-part deal, the bank plans to price one series with a fixed rate, another with a spread over the IPC consumer price index and a third with a spread over the IBR interbank lending rate, Value and Risk Rating said.  GNB Sudameris will raise the debt through Fiduciaria Corficolombia
