Arteris plans two-part debt deal

Brazilian toll road operator Arteris said it plans to sell BRL2 billion ($379 million) in one or two series of debentures in the local market to help finance a highway project. Arteris, which is owned by Canada's Brookfield and Spain's Abertis, said the first series will have a 10-year term and the second will be for seven years, according to a securities filing. The proceeds from the first debenture will be used to finance the construction of a 50-km, double-lane road project in Florianópolis,
