Peruvian power generation company Orazul Energy Perú said it has agreed to repurchase $145 million, or 40% of the total aggregate amount, in 5.625% 2027 bonds after investors offered $362 million in outstanding notes for the buyback on Thursday.
Orazul Energy was to pay $1,035 for every $1,000 in principal, including accrued and unpaid interest, on all notes tendered by Friday, the settlement date, according to the terms of the offer.
Credit Suisse and Santander were the deal managers in the buy
