TIM Brasil, the Brazilian subsidiary of Italian telecommunications company TIM, has started the search for a new CFO after Adrian Calaza resigned "for strictly personal reasons," it said in a securities filing.
Calaza will stay with the company until August 31 and participate in the process to hire his replacement.
He joined TIM in 2016 and worked on deals to buy a stake in mobile phone carrier Oi Móvel, sell 51% of its fiber optics division FiberCo and issue BRL1.6 billion ($306 million) in inf
