Brazilian medical services company Diagnósticos da América (DASA) said it agreed to acquire cancer clinic network Clínica AMO for BRL750 million ($149 million), according to a securities filing. AMO provides oncology treatment, including chemotherapy and surgeries, in the northeastern states of Bahia, Sergipe and Rio Grande do Norte, DASA said in the filing on Friday.
