Panamanian airport operator Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen plans to issue new notes in the international market next week, raising money to repurchase up to $1.44 billion in outstanding bonds, according to sources involved in the deal.
Tocumen began calling investors on Wednesday, one source said, It has hired Bank of America and Citi as lead arrangers and joint bookrunners and brought on Banco General as joint lead arranger and local structuring agent, the source added.
