Camil secures IFC financing for acquisition in Ecuador

Brazilian food company Camil Alimentos said it has hired the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to structure the financing for the acquisition of two companies in Ecuador, rice producer Agroindustrias Dajahu and its shipping division Transportes Ronaljavhu. Camil said in a securities filing on Tuesday that it agreed to pay $36.5 million to buy Dajahu and Ronaljavhu.
