Panamanian airport operator Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen plans to issue new bonds to fund the buyback of its 5.625% 2036 and 6% 2048 notes, it said in a statement on Friday. The airport operator has hired Bank of America and Citi as dealer managers on the buyback, looking to repurchase $575 million in outstanding 2036 bonds and $863 million in 2048 bonds, it said.
