Bonds Funds Mexico Capital Markets Debt Fixed Income

Mexican real estate investment trust (REIT) FHipo plans to issue MXN3.5 billion ($174 million) in 2051 notes on the BIVA stock exchange in Mexico City, raising money to pay off debt and cover investments, a source close to the deal told LatinFinance on Friday. "The date for the next issue is still uncertain... but the idea would be to be able to go to market in the coming months," the source said. Banorte, BBVA and HSBC will arrange the sale of the new 30-year notes under the ticker FHIPOCB 21-2
