Mexico puts PPPs in third infrastructure package

The Mexican government plans to pursue public-private partnerships (PPPs) to develop 10 to 15 projects worth as much as MXN70 billion ($3.47 billion) in the third package of infrastructure investments, according to an official from the transport and communications ministry SCT.
