G2D sells stake in Blu to Warburg Pincus

G2D Investments, a venture capital and private equity firm owned by GP Investments, said it sold a stake in Brazilian financial technology company Blu Pagamentos to US private equity firm Warburg Pincus in a Series B investment round, according to a securities filing. G2D did not reveal the size of the stake that it sold, but said it would receive BRL54 million ($10.4 million) from the deal and hold on to a stake worth BRL157 million.
