Minas Gerais state power company Cemig has announced plans to repurchase up to $500 million in 9.25% 2024 bonds, offering more than $1.15 on the dollar for investors who meet the early deadline. Belo Horizonte-based Cemig offered to pay $1,162.50 for every $1,000 in principal through July 30, including a premium of $50.00.
