French retailer Carrefour has named new CEOs in Brazil and Argentina, effective September 1, as part of a management shuffle in Latin America, according to securities filings on Tuesday.
The company appointed Stéphane Maquaire to lead Carrefour Brasil, its most important subsidiary outside France. Maquaire moves to Brazil from Argentina, where he was CEO of the local Carrefour subsidiary since 2019.
