QMC Telecom, a telecommunications tower company based in Puerto Rico, has fully drawn from BRL500 million ($99.3 million) in debentures that it issued in the Brazilian market in 2019, a spokesperson told LatinFinance on Thursday.
San Juan-based QMC used part of the proceeds to pay back a BRL150 million term loan that QMC got from Dutch lender ING in 2018 and to fund build-to-suit towers, distributed antenna systems and small cells, among other projects.
