Rogelio Ramírez de la O became Mexico's new finance minister on Friday and set out medium-term goals to maintain the economic recovery that started this year and instill trust in businessmen and investors, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.
"The ministry will be working on a multi-year financial plan through 2024 to have an adequate medium-term framework," it said.
