YPF, the biggest energy company in Argentina, said Thursday that it plans to sell up to $400 million in 11-year bonds in the local market to finance investments as more companies capitalize on strong investor demand for dollar-linked securities and ample peso liquidity.
The state-backed company will offer the bonds on Monday, working with units of the state banks Banco Nación and Banco Provincia as bookrunners, according to a securities filing.
