ISA Interchile, a subsidiary of Colombian state-owned holding company ISA, began calling investors on Tuesday, looking to make its debut in the cross-border bond market with 35-year green bonds, said a source involved in the deal.
Scotiabank is the global coordinator and green structuring agent on the deal, while Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan are the joint bookrunners, the source added.
