Argentine fertilizer maker Profertil said Monday that it plans to sell up to $25 million in two-year bonds in its debut on the local market. The joint venture of Canadian fertilizer producer Nutrien and Argentina's state-backed energy company YPF said it will offer the dollar-linked bonds at auction on Thursday, seeking a minimum of $20 million, according to a securities filing.
