Moody's announced Monday that it started offering local credit ratings in Brazil, adding Latin America's largest market to services in Argentina, Peru, Panama, Bolivia and Uruguay.
The New York-based agency will assign credit ratings through its subsidiary Moody's América Latina and cover financial institutions, corporate issuers and regional governments, among other debt issuers, it said in a press release.
