Colombian lender Banco SerFinanza raised COP172 billion ($45 million) in a two-part debt sale in the local market, according to the BVC stock exchange in Bogotá.
The Barranquilla-based bank priced COP90.5 billion worth of three-year notes at a fixed rate of 6.04% in a Dutch auction after setting the opening price at 6.3%. The 2024 notes were 1.3 times oversubscribed, according to the BVC.
