Mexican venture capital firm DILA Capital is on the hunt to acquire a technology firm after raising $55 million in an initial public offering (IPO) through a special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) with the possibility of teaming up with other investors on a deal, managing partner Eduardo Clavé told LatinFinance.
