Aleatica to fund 4G toll road in bond market

Autopista Río Magdalena, a Colombian toll road concessionaire owned by Spain's Aleatica, plans to issue up to COP900 billion ($245 million) in inflation-linked bonds to fund construction, according to a report from Moody's.  Aleatica will add the proceeds from the planned bond issue to COP1.85 trillion in bank loans and COP730 billion in equity to complete the 153km toll road in the regions of Antioquia and Santander, Moody's said.
