Frontera Energy, a Canadian company with oil and gas assets in Colombia, Ecuador, and Guyana, sold $400 million worth of seven-year non-call three bonds on Thursday, increasing the size of the sale from $375 million, according to a source involved in the deal.
The company priced the 7.875% 2028 notes at 99.340 to yield of 8% after putting the initial price talk in the 8% area and setting guidance at 8.125%, plus or minus 12.5 basis points, the source said.
