Colombia's Patrimonio Autónomo Estrategias Inmobiliarias (PEI) said it received a disbursement of COP155 billion ($41.5 million) from a loan from Bancolombia and Scotiabank Colpatria.
"The loan does not exceed the limit on financial indebtedness stipulated in PEI's Issuance and Participatory Titles Program," the real estate fund said in a securities filing.
