Bento Albuquerque, Brazil's minister of mines and energy, is "confident" that the Senate will approve a proposed capital increase in the state-owned power company Eletrobras within a month and complete the next step in an ongoing privatization process, he told LatinFinance on Tuesday. "Lawmakers have understood that the capital increase is a necessity.
