Brazilian software company Totvs said it plans to sell BRL1.5 billion ($282 million) worth of debentures in the local market and raise funds for its strategic plan.
The São Paulo-based company expects to price the new three-year notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 1.9%, it said in a securities filing on Friday.
