TIM Brasil, the Brazilian subsidiary of Italian telecommunications company TIM, said it plans to issue BRL1.6 million ($299 mln) in seven-year notes in the local market to raise money to develop a 5G network and cover other investments.
TIM Brasil expects to price the new 2028 debentures at the IPCA consumer price index plus 4.1682% per year, it said in a securities filing late Thursday.
