RGE Sul, a subsidiary of Brazilian power company CPFL Energia, issued BRL680 million ($127 million) in debentures in the local market, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
The utility company, based in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul, priced the new 10-year notes at the IPCA consumer price index plus 4.3% with Bradesco BBI as the bookrunner, according to Anbima.
