Telecom Argentina said Monday that it has come to terms with JPMorgan for a $30 million credit line to import supplies and services.
The Buenos Aires-based company said the credit line will be guaranteed by Finnvera, Finland's state-owned export credit agency, according to a securities filing.
Of the funds, 85% will be used to import goods and services, while the rest will cover local goods and services and the premium on the loan to Finnvera, the company added. Telecom did not disclose details
