Brazilian technology start-up Sensedia has brought in its first outside investor, raising BRL120 million ($23 million) from California-based private equity firm Riverwood Capital to fund its international expansion plans, CEO Kleber Bacili told LatinFinance.
"We felt there was an interesting opportunity due to market conditions in order to accelerate the development of our products," Bacili said about the investment. "We intend to grow fivefold within three years," he added.
