Argentine President Alberto Fernández said Monday that he will seek to reach agreements for longer repayment plans and possibly debt relief on more than $46 billion in debts with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Paris Club of major creditor nations, saying that he does not want them to hinder the country's recovery from a deep recession last year.
