AC Bebidas, a subsidiary of Mexican bottling company Arca Continental, has issued MXN4.65 billion ($234 million) in a green bonds in the local market, raising money for renewable energy and water usage investments, according to a securities filing. In a two-part deal, AC Bebidas priced MXN3 billion in seven-year notes at a fixed rate of 6.75% and MXN1.65 billion in four-year notes at 4.35%, it said in two separate filings.
