The B3 stock exchange in São Paulo aims to raise up to BRL3 billion ($574 million) in a two-part debenture sale in the local market, while infrastructure company shoots for BRL600 million to invest in the Anchieta-Imigrantes toll road concession, according to securities filings.
B3 said it plans to issue at least BRL1.5 billion in three-year notes at the DI interbank rate plus 1.25% and at least BRL750 million in five-year notes at the DI plus 1.45%.
