Inversiones La Construcción (ILC), a Chilean financial and health services provider, said it got the lowest rate for a corporate issuer in the local market this year for UF2 million ($83 million) in eight-year notes.
ILC sold the bonds to yield 0.45%, or 110 basis points over the reference rate, with a three-year grace period, the company said in a press release late Wednesday.
