Ceará state water company Cagece said it raised BRL776 million ($136 million) in the Brazilian bond market as Maranhão-based power company Equatorial Energia printed BRL800 million in 15-year notes, according to securities filing.
Cagece carried out a two-part deal with BRL260 million in five-year debentures and BRL516 million in eight-year debentures, it said in a filing. The company priced the 2026 notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 2.1% and the 2029 notes at fixed rate of 5.4058%.
