CMI includes loan in refinancing deal

CMI Energía, the energy division of Guatemalan agro-industrial conglomerate Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI), included a $300 million syndicated loan in a refinancing deal that also involved the sale of $700 million worth of green bonds, according to separate statements on Wednesday. Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex), a trade finance bank based in Panama City, said the seven-year loan was structured as a club deal with Guatemala's Banco Industrial and Colombia's Davivienda.
