Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Nova said it plans to sell up to another MXN2.5 billion ($126 million) worth of shares in the local market, giving preference to existing shareholders to participate in the deal.
The Mexico City-based REIT priced the shares at MXN19.50 each, the same price as the initial public offering (IPO) in August 2017, according to a securities filing. In comparison, Fibra Nova's shares closed at MXN21.87 on Friday.
