Brazilian private healthcare group Athena Saúde Brasil set the target price range for its initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday as three companies cancelled plans to list shares on the B3 stock market in São Paulo.
The healthcare company could move as much as BRL3.76 billion ($688 million) in its IPO if it prices its shares at the top end of the target range and sells all additional lots, according to a securities filing.
