Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras has reopened bidding for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification terminal in Bahia after a failed attempt last year, according to a securities filing on Friday. Petrobras received an offer for the terminal in October 2020 from Golar Power, a joint venture between Norway's Golar LNG and US private equity firm Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, but it rejected the proposal as too risky.
