Colombia's Banco Davivienda printed $500 million in perpetual notes on Thursday after orders reached roughly $1.7 billion, according to a source involved in the deal.
Davivienda priced the non-call 10 Tier 1 bonds at par to yield 6.65% with Citi, Bank of America and JPMorgan as the bookrunners, the source said.
The bank opened the initial price talk in the low-7% area before it set guidance at 6.875%, give or take 12.5 basis points, according to the source.
