CMI Energía, the energy division of Guatemalan agro-industrial conglomerate Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI), sold its first green bonds on Thursday, placing $700 million worth of eight-year non-call four dollar-denominated notes under a newly minted framework, a source involved in the deal said.
