Argentina's Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia (PCR) said Friday that its board of directors has promoted Martín Federico Brandi to the CEO of the energy and cement producer. Brandi will take the post April 22, replacing his father, Martín Fernando Brandi, who is stepping down after running the company for more than 30 years, according to a securities filing.
