Chile’s Cruzados, the holding company for the Universidad Católica professional football club in Santiago, said its shareholders have approved plans to sell $41.5 million worth of bonds and shares to finance the expansion and remodeling of its stadium.
Cruzados will sell up to UF400,000 ($16.5 million) worth of shares and UF600,000 ($25 million) in bonds, according to a press release.
